The ZY8000 features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly, while offering robust anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensuring continuous high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined quantity events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows an Err message, automatically analyzing and indicating the faulty unit for simpler and more convenient maintenance, repair, and replacement.This ensures maximum uptime and operational efficiency..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents, with automatic diagnosis covering SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. In case of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
