Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, this transmitter endures extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of predefined fault scenarios, the transmitter shifts to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifying and displaying the faulty unit. This automated analysis simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement process, enhancing operational convenience.
