The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sleek modular design, ensuring top-tier performance. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. This digital signal subsequently undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within a high-precision microprocessor.
For our HART protocol transmitter, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal by an advanced D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, we ensure direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Essential data from the measuring unit and functional parameters are securely stored in two dedicated EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the 3 intuitive adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operation mode. Additionally, parameter setup can be seamlessly executed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
