The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter employs an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a sophisticated modular design. This state-of-the-art instrument captures signals via its sensor and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform these signals into digital data. Subsequently, the microprocessor ensures precise linear and temperature corrections, guaranteeing accurate measurements.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with HART superimposition via a D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The transmitter's measuring data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site through three intuitive adjustment buttons, and effortlessly view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the intelligent LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy level of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 continuously monitors its own status in real-time. It enters a fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems upon detecting predefined events. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated by warning or fault protection currents.
