It employs a world-class mono-crystalline silicon sensor and boasts a high-reliability electronic module design. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of engineering, integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a sleek modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a pristine digital signal. Subsequently, in the microprocessor, both linear and temperature corrections are meticulously applied.
For the HART protocol transmitters, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two dedicated EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site via three intuitive adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

In the event of a fault, the transmitter activates a fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after predefined events. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying and streamlining the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.effortless and convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be triggered via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection current. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly onsite without the need for recalibration.
