Even after a decade of continuous operation, it can maintain an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands intense chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure outstanding stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functionality, the ZY8000 can monitor its own status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and signaling the system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and indicating the faulty unit to streamline maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, thus making these tasks exceedingly simple andconvenient.
