The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. In case of any anomalies, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
