It's perfectly suited for managing flow and process control across small flow rates and low velocities, adapting excellently to various stringent medium conditions.

Ensuring the correct installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial for optimal performance. Here are essential installation considerations:

(1) The flowmeter should be vertically mounted, allowing the fluid to progress from bottom to top. Ensure a straight pipe length five times the diameter of the flowmeter at both entry and exit points. New pipeline installations must be thoroughly flushed prior to attaching the flowmeter.

(2) Position a valve upstream of the flowmeter with a flow control valve situated 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For smaller diameters, introduce a filter upstream. If the fluid contains magnetic substances, a magnetic filter should precede the flowmeter.

(3) To streamline maintenance and facilitate any replacements, integrate a bypass pipeline when setting up the flowmeter.

(4) If the fluid being measured is especially contaminated, ensure timely cleaning of both pipes and the float to maintain efficiency.
