The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter exemplifies cutting-edge engineering with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This precision instrument amplifies the sensor signal and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal. Within the microprocessor, comprehensive linear and temperature corrections are performed, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For models equipped with HART protocol, the transmitter seamlessly converts its signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Essential data from the measuring unit and functional parameters are meticulously stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site via the three adjustment buttons, access measurement results, fault information, and operational modes through the intuitive LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model incorporates an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter triggers an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error code (Err) and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement operations.making the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument more simple and convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. The alarm can manifest as either a warning or fault protection current. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without requiring recalibration.
