The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter delivers a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its peak). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measurement elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Additionally, its powerful anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 continuously monitors its own status. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. Faults are instantly displayed on the LCD as 'Err,' pinpointing the faulty unit for straightforward maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient and efficient..
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are expressed through warning currents or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
