The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, crafted with the latest advancements in mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design, stands as a pinnacle of precision and innovation. This state-of-the-art device captures the sensor's signal, amplifies it, and through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforms it into a digital signal. The microprocessor then meticulously performs linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal using a D/A converter. In transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the device directly outputs comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site via three adjustment buttons, and effortlessly read measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can also be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest accuracy being 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions that allow real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined fault quantities, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error code, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
