Boasting an exceptional all-metal structure and an innovative modular design concept, this device is compact yet powerful, ensuring minimal pressure loss and a remarkable range ratio of 10:1.
Its simplicity in installation and ease of maintenance make it a favored choice across diverse industries, excelling even in the most challenging and demanding environments.
This robust flowmeter is ideal for sophisticated flow and process control, particularly suited for handling small flow rates, low velocities, and stringent medium conditions with precision and reliability.

The correct installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial for optimal and reliable operation. Key installation considerations include the following:

(1) Ensure the flowmeter is installed vertically, with fluid entering from the bottom and exiting at the top. Maintain a straight pipe section of at least five times the instrument's diameter at both ends. Thoroughly flush newly installed pipelines prior to fitting the flowmeter to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

(2) Position a valve upstream and a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For smaller instruments, implement a filter upstream. If magnetic materials are present in the medium, utilize a magnetic filter before the flowmeter to ensure precision.

(3) For seamless maintenance and smooth replacement, incorporate a bypass pipeline during installation, enhancing operational continuity.

(4) In cases where the medium is contaminated, it is vital to clean the pipes and float regularly to maintain operational integrity and accuracy.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter typically offers a measurement accuracy of 1.5. For applications requiring higher precision, alternative flowmeter technologies should be considered to meet these stringent demands.
