The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak precision of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing, the transmitter features fully sealed measuring elements that seamlessly withstand harsh chemical and mechanical conditions. Additionally, it showcases exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions that continually monitor its own status in real-time. Upon detecting faults, it switches to an alert mode, outputting alert currents of 3.6mA or 22.8mA, and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD screen automatically shows an 'Err' message, precisely identifying the faulty unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making it user-friendly and efficient.
