It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, making it resistant to extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. The transmitter will enter a fault alert mode, outputting alert electrical currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after a predefined number of events. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes the fault, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient..
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, and the alarm can be expressed as a warning or fault protection current. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
