The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors with an innovative modular design. The sensor-generated signals undergo amplification and are processed by high-speed dual A/D converters to be transformed into digital signals. These signals are then refined through linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled precision.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by the D/A converter. For transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they directly output comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the 3 adjustment buttons, and can view measurement results, fault alerts, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for enhanced flexibility.

Upon detecting predefined event quantities, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically indicates 'Err,' identifying and displaying the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
