The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest achievable accuracy being 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time monitoring of its status. Upon encountering defined fault conditions, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, output an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and deliver control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies, analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Convenient.
