Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting anomalies, it switches to fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows an Err message and automatically identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.This makes the process more efficient.
