The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands at the forefront of technology, integrating state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors with a sophisticated modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to produce a digital signal, which is then meticulously refined with linear and temperature corrections by the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF functionality offer direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Vital measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and easily access measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conveniently managed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model integrates advanced diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be indicated as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be swiftly replaced on-site without requiring re-adjustment.
