Perfectly tailored for measuring small flow rates in pipes with a diameter of D.< 150 mm, and it can also measure the flow of corrosive media. When in use, the flowmeter must be installed in a vertical section of the pipe, with the fluid medium flowing from the bottom to the top through the rotor flowmeter.

Tailored for process control and flow management of small flow rates, this versatile device conquers low velocities and adapts to diverse, demanding medium conditions effortlessly.

Flawless installation is key to unlocking the full potential of your metal rotor flowmeter. Follow these expert installation considerations for optimal performance:

(1) Install the flowmeter vertically, ensuring the measured fluid flows upward. Maintain a straight pipe section five times the flowmeter's diameter at both ends. Thoroughly flush newly installed pipelines before installation.

(2) Position a valve upstream and a flow control valve 5-10 times the diameter downstream. For smaller instruments, incorporate a filter upstream. If magnetic materials are present in the medium, use a magnetic filter prior to the flowmeter.

(3) Enhance maintenance ease by connecting a bypass pipeline during the installation process, enabling convenient flowmeter maintenance and replacement.

(4) In cases where the medium is particularly dirty, promptly clean the pipes and float to ensure optimal operation.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter typically offers measurement accuracy at a level of 1.5. For precision beyond this, consider alternatives to the metal tube rotor flowmeter.
