The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, greatly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
