It's an indispensable tool for managing small flow rates and low velocities, perfectly suited for various demanding medium conditions, enhancing your operational efficiency like never before.

To ensure optimal performance, proper installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is paramount. Key installation considerations include:

(1) The flowmeter must be positioned vertically, allowing the fluid to journey from the bottom to the top. Keep a straight pipe section, five times the instrument's diameter, at both the inlet and outlet. For pristine performance, ensure newly installed pipelines are thoroughly flushed before the flowmeter makes its debut.

(2) Strategically place a valve upstream of the flowmeter and a flow control valve downstream, ideally 5 to 10 times the instrument's diameter. For smaller diameter instruments, an upstream filter is a wise addition. Should magnetic materials be part of the medium, a magnetic filter is essential before the flowmeter.

(3) To ease maintenance and facilitate seamless replacements, integrate a bypass pipeline during the initial installation.

(4) For media that tend to be unclean, regular cleaning of the pipes and float is vital to maintain optimal functionality.

(5) While the metal rotor flowmeter boasts a measurement accuracy level of 1.5, should your needs demand higher precision, exploring other options beyond a metal tube rotor flowmeter is advisable.
