Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, capable of withstanding extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it boasts strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function that can monitor its status in real-time. If predefined events occur, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes and displays the faulty component, making maintenance, repair, and replacement simpler andmore convenient.
