The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter incorporates an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor, coupled with a highly modular design. This state-of-the-art device captures sensor signals, amplifies them, and uses a high-speed dual A/D converter to convert these signals into digital format. Subsequently, the microprocessor executes precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring exceptional accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters featuring the HART protocol, the device converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and conveniently read measurement results, fault notifications, and operational modes on the high-precision LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is achievable via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
