The ZY8000 Intelligent Pressure Transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. After a decade of continuous operation, it remarkably maintains a 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter leverages cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology in a streamlined modular design. The sensor's signal is amplified and processed using a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital signal, where it undergoes linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor. This advanced process ensures unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, the system converts the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through a D/A converter. In the case of transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF, it outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Critical data from the measuring unit and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the integrated LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is conveniently possible via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
