Intelligent Remote Sealing Transmitter Sensing

This device excels in measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high-temperature applications (requires transmitter positioning at a distance),
and is perfect for high viscosity, easily precipitated, crystalline, or corrosive mediums. It finds extensive use across petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, and machinery equipment industries.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers superior precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to an outstanding 0.075% FS at its highest. Built for durability, this device maintains 99.9% accuracy even after ten years of relentless usage, dramatically lowering maintenance expenses. Encased in a tough metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring components, it easily withstands harsh chemical and mechanical environments. Furthermore, the ZY8000 excels in resisting electromagnetic interference, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an advanced integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its operational status in real-time. When predefined fault conditions are detected, it enters a fault alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays 'Err', allowing quick identification and diagnosis of the faulty unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, making these procedures easy and efficient.
