The ZY8000 features an advanced integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its operational status in real-time. When predefined fault conditions are detected, it enters a fault alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays 'Err', allowing quick identification and diagnosis of the faulty unit.
