Specially crafted for optimal flow and process control, it excels in managing small flow rates, low velocities, and various stringent medium conditions, catering to both routine and demanding industrial needs.

For the metal rotor flowmeter to function at its peak, meticulous installation is crucial. Key installation considerations include:

(1) Ensure the flowmeter is installed in a perfectly vertical orientation, guiding the fluid seamlessly from bottom to top. Maintain a straight pipe section measuring five times the instrument's diameter on both the inlet and outlet ends. For new pipeline setups, a comprehensive flush is imperative before installation.

(2) Install a valve strategically upstream of the flowmeter. A flow control valve, placed 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream, is essential. For instruments of smaller diameter, an upstream filter is recommended. If the medium contains magnetic particles, a magnetic filter is vital before the flowmeter.

(3) Incorporating a bypass pipeline during installation is advisable to ease maintenance and replacement tasks, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

(4) For mediums prone to contamination, regular cleaning of pipes and the float is essential to maintain optimal performance and accuracy.

(5) With a standard measurement accuracy of 1.5, the metal rotor flowmeter is suitable for most applications. For precision-critical tasks requiring higher accuracy, alternative measurement solutions should be considered.
