Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee outstanding stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000D monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting an anomaly, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
