Product Overview
The ZZYS30 Vortex Flowmeter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a versatile velocity flow instrument, perfect for diverse applications.
Ideal for accurately measuring, monitoring, and controlling the flow of liquids, steam, and a wide range of gases.
Boasting a cutting-edge structure, the flowmeter is impervious to mechanical vibrations, impacts, and contamination.
With no moving parts to wear out, it ensures no mechanical maintenance, minimal pressure loss, consistent performance, and exceptional accuracy.
Installation is straightforward, and both the sensor and signal converter can be customized to fit specific needs.
Product Features:
Extensive application range, suitable for measuring steam, gas, and liquid flow.
Superior vibration resistance with zero drift at zero point, effectively countering external vibration influences.
The ZZYS30 offers integrated temperature and pressure options, reducing installation costs for users.
Features multiple output options: (0-5) kHz frequency, (4-20) mA, or HART/Modbus protocol communication.
Supports Bluetooth communication for parameter settings, is wear-resistant, dirt-resistant, maintenance-free, has a long lifespan, and is explosion-proof for enhanced safety.

Piping Condition
Proper installation of the Vortex Flowmeter requires a specific straight pipe section both upstream and downstream. The common configurations are as follows (D represents the pipe diameter):
1.
The sensor should be mounted on pipes that are horizontal, vertical, or inclined (with the liquid flowing from bottom to top) and match the sensor's diameter. Ensure a straight pipe section of 15-20D upstream and 5-10D downstream for optimal performance.
2.
Ensure the pipe near the sensor is filled with the liquid being measured.
3.
Avoid installing the sensor on pipes subject to strong mechanical vibrations.
4.
The inner diameter of the straight pipe section should be as close as possible to the sensor diameter. If not identical, use a slightly larger diameter pipe with an error margin of ≤3% and not exceeding 5mm. Avoid areas with strong electromagnetic interference, limited space, or difficult maintenance access..
5.
For horizontal pipeline installations, the sensor should be placed at a higher point if the gas contains liquid. Conversely, when measuring liquids containing gas, the sensor should be installed at the lowest point.
6.
For vertical pipelines, install the sensor without flow direction restrictions when measuring gas. If the gas contains liquid, ensure the flow is from bottom to top. For liquids, the flow should always be from bottom to top to avoid adding weight to the probe.
7.
Side mounting on horizontal pipelines is suitable for all fluids, especially superheated steam, saturated steam, and low-temperature liquids. Side installation is preferred to minimize temperature impact on the amplifier.
8.
Inverted installation on horizontal pipelines is generally discouraged and unsuitable for general gases or superheated steam. It is, however, suitable for saturated steam and high-temperature liquids, especially where frequent pipeline cleaning is required.
9.
When installing sensors on pipelines with insulation layers, for high-temperature steam, ensure the insulation does not exceed one-third of the bracket height.
10.
For pressure and temperature measurement points, position the pressure gauge 3-5D downstream and the temperature gauge 6-8D downstream from the sensor to meet measurement requirements.
