The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that offers real-time self-monitoring. In case of a fault, it transitions to fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifying the malfunctioning unit for quick and hassle-free maintenance, repair, and replacement. This intelligent design simplifies upkeep, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
