The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and boasts a pioneering modular design. The sensor's output is amplified and processed by a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. This signal then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction inside the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters utilizing HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART communication via a D/A converter. Transmitters equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols directly output comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs, allowing users to effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons. The backlit LCD display offers clear insights into measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, providing seamless integration and user convenience.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a phenomenal 99.9% accuracy, significantly cutting maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time monitoring of its own status. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Fault diagnostics can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without re-adjustment.
