The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses the power of cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and an innovative modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and is processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a pristine digital signal. This signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
With its HART protocol capability, this transmitter converts the signal into a seamless 4mA to 20mA DC range, overlaid with HART signals via a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it offers direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored within two independent EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters onsite using the 3 convenient adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement readings, fault alerts, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter adjustments can be made through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering versatility and ease of use.

The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.effortless and convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site, eliminating the need for recalibration.
