It is widely utilized in the petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, it features excellent anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), analyzes and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
