Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), it excels in high-temperature environments (with the transmitter positioned remotely),
handling high viscosity, precipitation-prone crystalline, or corrosive mediums. It finds extensive application in petroleum, chemical industries, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment sectors.
ZY8000 boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (highest 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an exceptional 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stress. In addition, its advanced anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure that the ZY8000 delivers unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting anomalies, the transmitter shifts into fault alert mode, emitting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and generating control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems after predefined events. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', along with the faulty unit's analysis, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements, making them more straightforward and efficient.
