This advanced product offers high-precision pressure measurement for gases,liquids, and various other mediums. It finds extensive application in industries such as petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment.The ZY8000 features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capability ensures the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an error occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error code (Err), identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.making these processes moreconvenient.
