The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, brought to you by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., features cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a sophisticated modular design. The sensor's signal is meticulously amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, translating it into a digital signal. This is followed by precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
Transmitters equipped with HART protocol convert the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART communication, via a D/A converter. Transmitters featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's measuring data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the 3 intuitive adjustment buttons and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be accomplished via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an outstanding 99.9% accuracy, resulting in substantial maintenance cost savings. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its remarkable anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time self-monitoring. Should a fault occur, it will enter fault alert mode, output alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an 'Err' message, pinpoint the faulty unit, and simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.and convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated as either warning or fault protection current. The system auto-diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
