The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter showcases a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Remarkably, after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capability ensures outstanding stability and reliability.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting defined quantity events, it shifts into fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of faults, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.making the process more efficient andconvenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated by warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the defective part can be replaced on-site without readjustments.
