Its design ensures ease of installation and maintenance, making it the ideal choice across numerous industries, even in the most challenging and adverse environments.
Perfectly suited for precise flow and process control, this device excels in managing small flow rates and low velocities, even under stringent medium conditions.

To ensure the metal rotor flowmeter functions optimally, correct installation is crucial. Consider the following guidelines:

(1) Install the flowmeter vertically, ensuring the fluid moves from the bottom to the top. Maintain a straight pipe section at both the inlet and outlet, each five times the instrument's diameter. Newly installed pipelines should be thoroughly flushed prior to flowmeter installation.

(2) Position a valve upstream and a flow control valve downstream, 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter. For small diameter instruments, install a filter upstream. If the medium contains magnetic materials, a magnetic filter is recommended before the flowmeter.

(3) Integrate a bypass pipeline during installation to simplify the maintenance and replacement process.

(4) For mediums that are dirty, timely cleaning of pipes and the float is essential.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter typically offers a measurement accuracy of 1.5. For applications requiring higher precision, alternative flowmeter options should be considered.
