The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. boasts an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform into a digital signal. This is followed by linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring precise and reliable performance.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they provide a direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operational mode on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameter setups can be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When a fault is detected, the LCD display instantly shows an 'Err' message, automatically diagnosing and displaying the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functionalities can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicating either warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measurement element is compromised, the faulty part can be swiftly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
