The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, incorporating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a cutting-edge modular design. This sophisticated sensor produces a signal that is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. The microprocessor then performs linear and temperature corrections to ensure the utmost accuracy.
When equipped with HART protocol, the transmitter converts signals into 4mA ~ 20mA DC with superimposed HART signals via a D/A converter. For models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while also reading measurement results, fault information, and operating modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time status monitoring. In the event of predefined quantity events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When faults occur, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without needing recalibration.
