The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. The sensor-generated signals are expertly amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring superior accuracy and reliability.
The transmitter, featuring HART protocol, seamlessly converts signals into 4mA ~ 20mA DC with superimposed HART signals via the D/A converter. For models equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it delivers direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Essential data from the measuring unit and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is also achievable through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,'analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
