The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. The sensor-generated signals are expertly amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring superior accuracy and reliability.
The transmitter, featuring HART protocol, seamlessly converts signals into 4mA ~ 20mA DC with superimposed HART signals via the D/A converter. For models equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it delivers direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Essential data from the measuring unit and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is also achievable through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
