The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. features cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology, combined with a modular design. This sophisticated system amplifies the sensor's signal and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital format, which is then meticulously refined for linearity and temperature accuracy by the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC output superimposed with HART signals via a D/A converter. For those using PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it delivers pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely housed in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system conducts automatic diagnostics on the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
