The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge innovation with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. Within the microprocessor, these signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature correction, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
The HART protocol transmitter seamlessly translates signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit data and transmitter functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering ultimate flexibility.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest at 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Designed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-status monitoring. When predefined conditions are exceeded, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows an 'Err' message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty component, thereby simplifying maintenance and repairs.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without the need for readjustment.
