Demonstrating unparalleled endurance, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, drastically reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands both intense chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an advanced integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Should predefined conditions be exceeded, the transmitter will activate fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending critical control signals to system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display will automatically show 'Err,' analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures for the instrument.
