Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure is transmitted through remote
transmission
devices, which then relay the data to the transmitter
via oil-filled capillary technology.
These transmitters can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making them ideal for high-temperature environments (where the transmitter needs to be positioned remotely),
high-viscosity substances, and mediums that are prone to crystallization or corrosion. They are extensively utilized in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, and machinery equipment industries.

The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters a fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current of 3.6mA or 22.8mA while providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display instantly shows an error (Err), automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
