The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, developed by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., employs a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with an innovative modular design. This sophisticated sensor generates signals which, after amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, are transformed into digital signals. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signals are converted into 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signals via a D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they directly output full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit data and transmitter functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users are empowered to adjust parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while also reading measurement results, fault information, and operation modes clearly on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is seamlessly achievable through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its peak). Even after a decade of continuous usage, it can maintain an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can endure extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter switches to alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault arises, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes, and identifies the faulty unit, making maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement straightforward and convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When an electronic component or measuring element fails, the specific faulty part can be directly replaced on-site, eliminating the need for recalibration.
