The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitters boast a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with the highest at 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, they maintain 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant maintenance cost savings. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, they can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, the ZY8000 excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring superior stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. In fault alert mode, it outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement.conveniently..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. Automatic diagnostics monitor the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be immediately replaced on-site without readjustment.
