The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of predefined fault conditions, it activates a fault alert mode, outputs a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and sends control signals to the system interlock and SIS safety system. When a fault arises, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement processes.convenient.
