Introducing the ZY8000, our flagship intelligent transmitter boasting a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains a stunning 99.9% accuracy, ensuring significant maintenance cost savings. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it promptly enters alert mode, issuing a current alert (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
