The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of advanced engineering, featuring a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a thoughtfully designed modular construction. It harnesses the power of high-speed dual A/D conversion to transform sensor signals into precise digital outputs. These signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within a sophisticated microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters integrated with the HART protocol, the system effortlessly converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output, superimposed with HART signals via a high-precision D/A converter. For models utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, expect seamless direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. ZY8000, our basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, delivers an impressive accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an accuracy of 99.9%, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring consistent high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real time. Upon detection of predefined fault events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
The diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In case of damage to the electronic unit or measuring elements, the defective part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
