The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., utilizes a cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor coupled with a streamlined modular design. The sensor's output signal is amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs intricate linear and temperature corrections to ensure superior accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART using a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA or FF protocols, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. Measurement unit data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. On-site parameter adjustments are made effortless with three adjustment buttons, allowing users to read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes directly on the LCD display.
